The Lumpia Truck started in a home kitchen on the South Side, rolling lumpia for family parties the way Lola taught us — thin wrappers, big filling, no shortcuts. Now the truck brings that same table to curbs, markets, and events across Chicago. Everything is made to order, and everything comes with a choice of heat: Init (mild), Apoy (hot), or Bulkan — the volcano.
