1. The service
Fudtrack is a product of and is owned and operated by AGAPE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. These Terms form an agreement between you and AGAPE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC for use of the Fudtrack platform.
Fudtrack provides software for food truck businesses — online ordering, kitchen display, point of sale, bookings, marketing, and analytics — and a public directory of participating trucks. Each truck is an independent business responsible for its food, pricing, taxes, and service.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Don't use Fudtrack to send messages without recipient consent, misrepresent your business, or interfere with the platform or other tenants' data.
3. Payments & fees
Online card payments are not yet enabled; today the platform supports QR/counter ordering and cash tender. When card payments launch, they will be processed through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect (Stripe's terms apply), and Fudtrack will charge the subscription and per-order fees shown on the pricing pageas application fees on online card orders. Fees may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Messaging
Fudtrack powers SMS programs identified by the participating truck named in each message. Transactional messages can include order confirmation, payment status, preparation updates, ready notices, and one pickup reminder, up to four messages per order. Recurring marketing messages can include truck locations, menu news, and specials, up to three messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is not guaranteed and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Transactional and marketing consent are separate, optional, and not a condition of purchase. Marketing requires an unchecked affirmative opt-in. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from that sender, HELP for help, or START to resubscribe. Support is available at support@fudtrack.com. 5. Your data
Your menu, orders, and customer list belong to your business. If you close your account we'll provide an export on request and delete tenant data on a reasonable schedule.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fudtrack's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
