1. The service
Fudtrack provides software for food truck businesses — online ordering, kitchen display, point of sale, bookings, marketing, and analytics — and a public directory of participating trucks. Fudtrack is a software provider: each truck is an independent business responsible for its food, pricing, taxes, and service.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Don't use Fudtrack to send messages without recipient consent, misrepresent your business, or interfere with the platform or other tenants' data.
3. Payments & fees
Online card payments are not yet enabled; today the platform supports QR/counter ordering and cash tender. When card payments launch, they will be processed through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect (Stripe's terms apply), and Fudtrack will charge the subscription and per-order fees shown on the pricing pageas application fees on online card orders. Fees may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Messaging
SMS features require recipient consent. Transactional order messages are sent only to customers who provided a number at checkout; marketing messages are sent only to customers who explicitly opted in and can reply STOP at any time.
5. Your data
Your menu, orders, and customer list belong to your business. If you close your account we'll provide an export on request and delete tenant data on a reasonable schedule.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fudtrack's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
