What we collect

For truck owners: account details (name, email), business information, and usage data. For customers ordering from a truck: pickup name, phone number (if provided), order contents, and payment status. Fudtrack never collects or stores card numbers; when online card payments launch they will be handled entirely by Stripe and will never touch Fudtrack's servers.

How we use it

To run the service: routing orders to the kitchen, sending order-status texts, showing schedules on truck calendars and the directory, and giving each truck analytics about its own sales. Marketing texts go only to customers who explicitly opted in, and every message supports STOP to unsubscribe.

Who sees it

Each truck sees only its own customers and orders โ€” tenant data is isolated at the database level. We share data with the processors that power the service (Stripe for owner payment accounts, Twilio for SMS, Supabase for hosting) under their own safeguards. We don't sell personal data.

Location data

A truck's live location pin is shared publicly only while the owner turns sharing on, and is automatically hidden during private events and after 60 minutes without an update.

Your choices
