Who this policy covers
Fudtrack is a product of and is owned and operated by AGAPE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. In this policy, "Fudtrack," "we," and "us" refer to AGAPE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLC when it provides the Fudtrack platform.
Fudtrack provides software to independent food-truck businesses. Each truck is responsible for how it uses its customer information; we process that information to provide the platform. This policy also covers people who apply to list a truck or contact Fudtrack directly.
What we collect
For truck owners and staff, we collect account details, business and storefront information, support messages, provider setup status, and platform activity. For customers, we may collect a pickup name, phone number, consent choices, order contents, kitchen notes, event inquiry details, loyalty activity, reviews, and payment status. For platform inquiries, we collect the contact and business details submitted in the form.
Card details are entered into Stripe's payment surfaces and are not stored by Fudtrack. We receive transaction identifiers, status, totals, fees, and refund information needed to operate and reconcile orders.
How we use it
To run the service: routing orders to the kitchen, sending order-status texts, showing schedules on truck calendars and the directory, and giving each truck analytics about its own sales. We also use information to prevent abuse, provide support, reconcile payments, improve reliability, and respond to truck applications. Marketing texts go only to customers who explicitly opted in, and every marketing message supports STOP to unsubscribe.
Service providers and sharing
A truck's authorized team can access that truck's orders, customers, bookings, and reports. Fudtrack uses service providers to run the platform, including Supabase for database, authentication, and storage; Vercel for application hosting; Stripe for payments and connected-account onboarding; Twilio for SMS; and Resend for email notifications. Tenant marketing-copy prompts may be sent to Anthropic when a tenant asks the writing assistant to generate copy; customer order and contact records are not included in those prompts. We may disclose information when legally required or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data sharing categories and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes.
SMS messaging
Customers may separately choose transactional order texts and recurring marketing texts from a participating truck. Transactional programs send up to four messages per order. Marketing programs send up to three messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from that sender or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. A STOP request blocks further messages from that sender until the customer replies START.
Location data
A truck's live location pin is shared publicly only while the owner turns sharing on, and is automatically hidden during private events and after 60 minutes without an update.
If a directory visitor chooses "near me," the browser sends latitude and longitude to Fudtrack to calculate nearby trucks. The coordinates are sent in the request body rather than the page URL and are not saved to a customer profile by that feature. Hosting and security logs may still record request metadata such as IP address.
Cookies and local storage
Fudtrack uses essential cookies for owner and staff authentication. Browser storage may hold referral or onboarding state, a staff device label, and a signed loyalty claim so a returning customer can securely access rewards earned through a prior order. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We retain records while needed to provide the service, meet tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations, and protect the platform. Retention can vary by record type and by the truck that collected the information. Fudtrack uses access controls, signed sessions, encrypted network connections, database row-level security, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by that sender, or reply START to resubscribe. Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or appeal a denied request. Contact the truck for order- or booking-specific requests, or email support@fudtrack.com. We may need to verify the request and may keep records where law or legitimate operational needs require it.
Children
Fudtrack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
